• ATM withdrwal

    What is the flow when ATM withdrawl is done from Bank A ATM machine but the user using Debit Card has account in Bank B? is this 200 code MTI? 

    Also if the Credit Card has cash withdrwal limit and users uses ATM to withdraw cash, is it a MTI code 120 or 220?
