• VROL Chargeback Advice

    If issuer disputes a transaction through Visa Resolve Online (VROL) and proven the transaction is fraud, how does the cardholder gets credited with transaction amount?  Does the issuer receives a chargeback advice (0422)? Appreciate if you can explain the process as I’m newbie in dispute management using VROL.
