3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Books purchased by mistake.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Used, marked, damaged, or altered books.
- Digital products, eBooks, PDFs, downloadable content, and online courses.
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.
4. Replacement Policy
- Eligible products will be replaced free of cost.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
