Terms and Conditions

Effective Date : 29 October, 2025.
By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment
   • Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the full course fee or a minimum deposit as agreed.
   • Course materials and resources will be provided to participants during and after the training.
2. Fees and Payment
   • All course fees must be paid in full by the deadline mentioned during the enrollment process.
   • Late payments may result in the cancellation of your enrollment.
   • Payments will be accepted through secure payment links provided during enrollment. Any issues arising during online payments must be handled directly by participants with their respective issuer banks.
3. Course Rescheduling
   • The course may be rescheduled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or trainer availability. In such cases, participants will be offered two options:
     • Join the next immediate batch
     • Request a refund.
   • If a participant requests rescheduling, they must inform us at least 1 week in advance, and only one rescheduling will be allowed.
4. Participant Responsibilities
   • Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during the training sessions.
   • The sharing, reproduction, or distribution of course materials without prior permission is prohibited.
   • Participants must ensure a stable internet connection for online training sessions. The organizer is not responsible for connectivity issues on the participant’s side.
5. Intellectual Property
   • All course content, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of All Tekkies Services Pvt Ltd India and cannot be reused or redistributed without written consent.
   • All training materials are non-downloadable and come with view-only access for one year from the date of enrollment.
   • Downloading, copying, sharing, or redistributing the content in any form is strictly prohibited.
   • Access is granted solely for the personal learning of the enrolled participant.
   • All course content, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of All Tekkies Services Pvt Ltd (India).
   • Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any part of the content is strictly prohibited.
   • The company reserves all rights related to its content, and any unauthorized use is not permitted.
6. Liability
   • All Tekkies is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation in the training.
   • Participants are responsible for ensuring that the course is appropriate for their needs and skill level.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
   • Personal data collected during enrollment will be used solely for course administration and communication.
   • Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Code of Conduct
   • Participants are expected to interact respectfully with trainers and other participants.
   • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the training without refund.
9. Feedback and Evaluation
   • Participants may be asked to provide feedback at the end of the course to help improve the training program.
   • Participants can choose to share their name along with their feedback, or they may remain anonymous if they prefer.
10. Attendance
    • Participants are required to attend all scheduled sessions to fully benefit from the training program.
    • No makeup sessions will be provided for missed classes unless explicitly stated in the program.
11. Flexible Upgrade Policy
    • Learners may upgrade to a higher plan within 2 months of their initial enrollment.
    • This policy ensures that learners can continue progressing as their understanding and interest grows.
    • Direct switching between Level 3 (Backoffice Specialist) and Level 4 (Authorization & Digital Payment Expert) is not permitted, as both levels focus on different specialization paths.
    • This flexibility is designed to support all learners in choosing the right path and advancing at their own pace.
