Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date : 2nd August, 2020.  

100% Refund Guarantee

Participants who decide to withdraw their enrollment 7 days or more before the training date are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee.  

No Refund After the Deadline

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the training date will not be eligible for a refund.  

Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please send an email to care@alltekkies.com with your registration details and payment receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.  

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements, such as course rescheduling.
