AllTekkies – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before enrolling in any training program.
Effective Date : 15 January, 2026.

1. Live Training Programs

Participants may request a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training start date.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date.

2. Recorded / Pre-Recorded Programs

Recorded or pre-recorded programs are non-refundable once enrollment is completed.
Access to recorded content is granted immediately after payment; therefore, cancellations or refunds are not applicable.

3. Refund Request Process

Please include your registration details and valid proof of payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of genuine emergencies related to live training programs, participants may contact us to discuss alternative options such as rescheduling or batch transfer.
All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of refunds under exceptional circumstances is not guaranteed.
