AllTekkies – Terms & Conditions

Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the full course fee or a minimum deposit as agreed.
• Course materials and resources will be provided to participants during and after the training.

Fees and Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full by the deadline mentioned during the enrollment process.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of enrollment.
• Payments are accepted through secure payment links provided during enrollment.
• Any issues related to online payments must be resolved directly by participants with their respective issuer banks.

Course Rescheduling (Live Programs Only)

• The course may be rescheduled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment or trainer availability.
• In such cases, participants may choose one of the following options:
  • Join the next immediate batch
  • Request a refund
• If a participant requests rescheduling, they must inform us at least one week in advance.
• Only one rescheduling request is allowed per participant.
• This policy applies only to live training programs.

Recorded / Pre-Recorded Programs

• Recorded or pre-recorded programs are non-refundable and non-cancellable once enrollment is completed.
• Access to recorded content is granted immediately after payment on a view-only basis for the duration specified during enrollment.
• No rescheduling, pausing, or transfer is applicable for recorded programs.

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must maintain professional conduct during training sessions.
• Sharing, reproduction, or distribution of course materials without prior permission is prohibited.
• Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
• AllTekkies is not responsible for connectivity issues on the participant’s side.

Intellectual Property

• All course content, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of All Tekkies Services Pvt Ltd (India).
• All training materials are provided with view-only access for one year from the date of enrollment.
• Downloading, copying, sharing, redistributing, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited.
• Access is granted solely for the personal learning of the enrolled participant.
• The company reserves all rights related to its content.

Liability

• AllTekkies is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation in the training.
• Participants must ensure the course aligns with their individual needs and skill level.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data collected during enrollment will be used only for course administration and communication.
• Participant information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Code of Conduct

• Participants must interact respectfully with trainers and fellow participants.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the training without refund.

Feedback and Evaluation

• Participants may be requested to provide feedback at the end of the program.
• Feedback may be shared with or without participant identity, at their discretion.

Attendance

• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
• No makeup sessions will be provided for missed classes unless explicitly stated.

Flexible Upgrade Policy

• Learners may request an upgrade within two months of the initial enrollment, subject to eligibility and approval.
• Upgrade eligibility will be determined based on program structure and learning objectives.
• Direct switching between Level 3 (Backoffice Specialist) and Level 4 (Authorization & Digital Payment Expert) is not permitted.
• AllTekkies reserves the right to modify or discontinue the upgrade policy at any time without prior notice.
• This policy is designed to help learners select the most appropriate learning path.
